5 minutes to M20, 10 minutes to mainline station, 10 minutes to town, 5 minutes to beach, Ashford 15 mins, Folkestone 15 mins. Good sized room in good sized house. Gardens, parking, garage for bikes etc, phone calls to uk landlines included. I work from home, and have my young daughters with me every other week. The ground floor is one huge room, with a separate den for a bit of privacy. Letting room is about 9' by 15' plus built-in wardrobe. Double aspect and you can hear the lions sometimes. A real nice quiet place to live, not too far from civilisation.
